Rates per month for the fall to spring seasons vary according to the month and the amount of months rented at one time. They will average from $3500.- $4000. per month. Refundable security deposit to be paid at signing of lease: $1000.
Non-refundable cleaning deposit of $200. to cover household and carpet cleaning by professional services.
We ask that you leave the house generally as you found it. The cleaning fee is used for carpet cleaning and maid service which includes the cleaning of the house, baths and linens. Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE
- Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed.
- Shoes are to be removed upon entering to preserve carpeting. We suggest buying a pair of house shoes or slippers.
- We expect that you will keep the house clean and treat it with respect. Let us know if anything gets damaged or malfunctions and we will remedy the situation immediately. We do not prefer that the tenant makes their own repairs. Tenant's damage comes out of the security deposit, general usage items are repaired or replaced and are handled by the owner.
- A household agent is available in the neighborhood, if the owner is not in town, to call upon for questions and emergencies, if needed. Neighborhood handy-men are also available should any minor repairs need to be addressed during your stay.
- For a long term tenancy, our cleaning service may be provided at the tenant's expense, if desired.
- We ask that the re-usable HVAC filter be hosed down at least once a month and the intake filter be changed once per month.
- We also ask that you do not feed birds, as it causes critters and bugs to migrate into the yard. Hummingbird feeding is allowed.
